Information You Provide

Student Profile: Matriculation number, department, academic level, gender, and campus affiliation.
Booking Information: Room preferences, check-in/check-out dates, billing cycle, and payment method.
Payment Information: Transaction references and payment amounts. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Paystack.
Emergency Contact: Name, phone number, and relationship of your emergency contact.
Maintenance Requests: Descriptions of maintenance issues you report.

Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform.
IP Address: Used for security and approximate location.
Cookies: Essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Information from Third Parties

Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email. We do not access your contacts or other Google data.
Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations from Paystack.
